Alrighty, to those of you that actually read this, I'll be gone from Monday at 5 am to Saturday at midnight. I didn't post this in the Announcements forum because no one seems to be reading there, and it's very important to do so. I'm leaving for a Fine Arts competition in Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm in the Songwriting category, and my band made it all the way to Nationals, which is a pretty big deal. If we win or rank highly, we can win a recording contract and a scholarship. I'm not a smart kid, so I need the scholarship, and a recording contract wouldn't be so damn bad either. So wish me luck. Please try and idle all threads that I play a major role in until my return. I'll try and get as much done tomorrow, Sunday, as I can. If anything's needed, ask now. Thank you for your time.

Back from Charlotte. Long story short, the judges were dicks and our church didn't win in anything. They said the bridge in our song wasn't needed, and we missed getting a callback by one point. They also didn't move my favorite singer from our church, Hannah, on in anything she did, which pissed me off, because she's amazing and she can't go to Fine Arts another year. She cried, so I had to bitch out a judge. Damn judges.

Glad Tidings Assembly won the Worship Team categort for the 4th year in a row. Their singer either needs to graduate or die.
